First session
A first meeting is a time to arrive, connect, and see whether this work feels like a good fit. We take a little longer than a regular session: 1 hour and 20 minutes, instead of 1 hour. That extra time allows us to begin gently, make a brief assessment so the work can be oriented with care, and then start the work itself.
You do not need to tell your whole story at once. We can move slowly, and we can give attention to what your body is already showing: tension, breath, posture, and other responses that appear when we speak or pause. This helps us stay close to what is happening now, rather than rushing through the past. The pace is yours. The space is meant to be respectful, calm, and safe enough for you to notice what feels possible.
Sessions are available in person in Sherbrooke, or online. If you would like to book, use the Contact & Booking form on this website. You can request an appointment, or a 10–15 minute free information conversation if you first want to ask a few questions.
